Shipment processing time (order fulfillment timelines) :

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Processing time: 1 - 2 days, Delivery time: 5 - 10  days.

 

Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1- 2 Days after the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates:

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

US (United States) shipping is flat rate $9.9 for the orders below $99 and Free shipping on all orders over $99.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

 Damages:

 www.insstreet.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
